• Access duration shall remain active as specified during checkout or course enrollment.

4. Payment Terms

By completing a purchase on our platform:

• You agree to pay all listed fees in full as displayed at the time of placing an order.
• Payments are processed securely via verified third-party payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Course fees are subject to revision over time; however, price updates will never affect existing enrollments already purchased.
• You are responsible for any statutory local taxes or transaction duties applicable to your purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on this platform—including courses, curriculum designs, logos, graphics, source code, text, and videos—is the proprietary property of Khatriji Education and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property and copyright laws.

You strictly agree not to:

• Copy, screen-record, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display course material without explicit prior written authorization.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of our platform.
• Remove or obscure any trademark, copyright, or proprietary notices from course files and handouts.
• Share, resell, lease, or distribute your account login credentials with third parties.

6. User Conduct

• Khatriji Education, its directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our platform.
• Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific course in dispute.
• Services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our educational content. Upon termination, your license to access course materials ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
